The  2013 Beijing International Film Festival is seeking international movies of all kinds! Submissions are coordinated through independent companies who've built a strong working relationship with the festival since its inception in 2011.  Please e-mail beijingfilmfest@gmail.com to request a Chinese mailing address label and FTP account access.  This submissions cycle will end around the 2nd week of March, but batches of movies will go in to the selections committee...
