Privacy is a true concern here at Filmfestivals.

We might ask you questions about who you are we, what you do, which country you come from… This is solely for our statistical knowledge of our user database which most advertisers require to place targetted advertising on our site.
The data you provide helps us have a better knowledge of what we should be doing to please a demanding audience. We will nether give out individual answers or email addresses without your permission.
In addition we are actively fighting "SPAM" email and will not sell or provide your email address for such purposes.
We have a very limited in-house use of cookies for our registration system and we do not share personal information about our users with anyone, including our ad server.

Filmfestivals.com is under no obligation to return materials to the sender. Such requests should be submitted in writing and will be fulfilled at the provider's expense.

FilmFestivals.com therefore possesses full non-commercial rights to this material and is free to diffuse it without restrictions on Filmfestivals.com (and affiliated sites) and on FilmfestivalsTV.

All promotional materials submitted by Filmfestivals.com partners will appear in a specific area of the site which clearly indicates the partnership, the source and professional affiliation of the two parties.

You are entirely liable for all activities conducted through your chat session. You agree not to do any of the following actions while using our Chat, any violation of the following will cause termination of the chat session without any kind of notice, justification.

Post, solicit or make any reference to any sexually offensive content.

Exploit a minor (any person under the age of 18).

Use discriminating, racial or ethnically offensive language.

Discuss or engage into illegal activity.

Disrupt the flow of friendly atmosphere in our chat.

Harass, threaten, embarrass a Chat participant.

Propose any commercial product or service.

Infringe anyone else's intellectual property rights, including but not limited to any copyright, trademark, rights of publicity or other proprietary rights.
